Could you customize my NYET jewelry piece?

Customization is Delphine’s true passion! While many pieces in the collection are sold as shown, our goal is always to ensure you’re absolutely thrilled with your purchase. If you have questions or special requests, simply reach out via our contact form. We’re here to help.

Complimentary adjustments, such as shortening or lengthening a necklace or bracelet, are available as long as the request is made before your order ships.

For more extensive customizations, like crafting an existing design in a different rubber color, just share your ideas with us. We’ll explore the options with you and do everything we can to bring your vision to life. Should any additional costs apply, we’ll provide all details upfront so you can decide with confidence.

How do I return my order?

Are there any shipping costs?

All U.S. orders over $150 ship free, so you can enjoy your purchase without added costs.

For orders between $100 and $150, a flat $13 shipping fee applies.
For orders under $50, shipping is a flat $10.

International orders are billed at actual shipping rates.

Please note: Paintings fall under a separate shipping category. Final costs, including packing materials and shipping, will be calculated and confirmed with you before completing your purchase. Simply send us a pricing request through the contact form, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Can I still change my order?

If you wish to change your order, please send us an email via the contact form as soon as possible. Our team will review your request and determine what modifications can still be accommodated, as long as the order has not yet left the building. We strive to assist you as much as possible to ensure your satisfaction.
