• Description: 

  In this evocative painting, a woman's outline, marked by an IV line and stand, confronts the viewer. The scar atop her breast hints at a journey through breast cancer. Across the canvas, statistics on breast cancer in the USA serve as a stark reminder of the widespread impact of this disease. Ladybugs, symbols of luck and protection, traverse the IV tube, offering hope amidst adversity.

  From the woman's head emerge bees, representing the collective consciousness and industry in combating illness. In the background, honeycomb imprints and blossoming flowers allude to the intricate balance of life and the sweetness of resilience found in adversity. Through this composition, the artist invites contemplation on the fragility of life, the tenacity of the human spirit, and the interconnectedness of all beings in facing adversity with grace and courage.
